Yes. Every interpreter in our pool is listed in the Register of Sworn Interpreters and Translators (RBTV). We verify registration number and validity at onboarding and yearly thereafter.

On confirmation we hold a € 250 pre-authorization — nothing is charged. After the session, only the time actually used is invoiced. The surplus is released within 24 hours.

No charge. No questions. The pre-authorization is released immediately and we match a replacement urgently (no surcharge).

Yes. All data lives in EU (Frankfurt, Supabase). Interpreters sign an NDA. Sessions are never recorded unless both parties explicitly consent.

Complaints can be filed within 7 days of the session. If upheld, the amount in escrow is released to you. Interpreters can appeal a decision — review within 5 business days.
